We provide assistance in selecting lawyers who speak Russian, English, German, Serbian, Bulgarian).
Check for encumbrances, loans, and registration of TIN for a potential buyer, and other components. The check process takes up to 4 days.
Signing of the contract and transfer of the deposit to the seller. The property is removed from sale so that no other buyer can access it.
Verification of documents and agreement on the transaction. Payment of taxes.
Preparation of the contract by the notary and setting the date of the transaction.
Signing the purchase and sale agreement and transferring documents to the Cadastral Chamber. Payment of notary and lawyer services. Payment of the commission to the agency.
After signing, the documents are registered in the Register of Real Estate, and the buyer receives a certificate of the start of the registration process. After notification of the registration, the transaction is considered completed
